Besides choosing from some of the most nationally qualified suppliers, M.V.T. cares about the certification of raw materials and components according to the most rigorous international standards, such as C.S.A. for North America and Canada, A.C.S. for France, and WRAS for the United Kingdom and all the other markets that recognize this approval. As the raw materials, all components also comply with the international standard certifications NSF, WRAS, KTW, DVGW, UNI, KIWA, NF, BS, UBA List.

M.V.T.’s products guarantee the passing of international mechanical, sealing, durability, and organoleptic tests for materials and components (seals, o-rings, lubricants, plastics and ceramics), providing the relative technical sheets, homologations, and certifications. In addition to standard brass CW617N and CW614N, the company integrates productions in dezincified brass (DZR) and lead-free CW510L and ECO-BRASS CW724R, as well as other copper alloys.

Particular attention is paid to heat and surface treatments of annealing, unleading, nickel plating, chromium plating, burnishing, Tea Plus®, Tea Plus Bianco®, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) and others, allowing M.V.T. to offer the widest range of solutions.
